The Raman Sports Academy is the brainchild of three youthful and brilliant footballers, Ganesha, Vidyasagar and Suraj Balan. They left behind their corporate life and started their journey to provide children a professional coaching system from the grassroots level to help them cater to their interest in the sport and take it up professionally.
We have designed our programs in a way that young boys and girls learn, play and develop progressively through fun exercises, small-sided games and exciting competition. The goals of the program are to help them attain the skills of effective communication, goal setting and problem solving to help them as individuals.
We actively conduct sessions for football and fitness for children and adults. Our sessions occur at different facilities in the city of Bangalore. A glimpse of what you may encounter in one of our sessions can be seen below.
RSA League is an initiative towards the development of football in the city. We, at Raman Sports Academy, are committed & serious to produce talented players for the future. Our main focus is on football development, assisting in identification, encouragement and development of talented young players. Players from different schools, different communities & different places come and train here throughout the year regularly with the best trainers in the city.
We have a 5 level structured program for football handled by various individuals who mentor children of all skill levels and age through a module structure. They allow the children to build their character on the basis of the Academy's beliefs. High emphasis is placed on overall player development so that child can fulfill their potential and grow further.
Our modules promote development from grassroots to advanced level. The different age groups for coaching are 13+, U-13, U-10, U-8 and U-6.
After the child has a strong foundation in the basic skills, they are encouraged to practise role related skills to help them give their maximum on the pitch.
Every session is split into different sections from warmup to attacking play to defensive play. This provides the children with a strong base.
We strictly maintain a recommended coach to children ratio and beyond that pay keen attention to detail of every child in order to help them to the maximum extent.
The program includes movement in all directions for maximum effect and increases stability in muscles and joints while burning more calories.
Using any form of indoor equipment curbs us to the capability of the equipment. The green outdoors are the most superior gym imaginable.
